New Major in Greek Studies
The Center for Greek Studies at the University of Florida is proud to announce that it has recently established a Classical Studies Major with concentration in Modern Greek Studies.This Major track will allow the many students who were already pursuing a Minor in Greek Studies to obtain Major credit by taking additional courses from a wide variety of offerings. This exciting development—the lifelong dream of our faculty—was realized in the same year in which the Center for Greek Studies celebrates its 30th anniversary!

Greek Studies Scholarships
Thanks to the generosity of its donors, every year the Center for Greek Studies is able to award about 30, 000 dollars in scholarships, fellowships, and travel grants. Whether they wish to pursue a research project, study abroad, or simply support their studies at UF, students are strongly encouraged to apply for Greek Studies Scholarships. The Center welcomes undergraduate and graduate applications at all levels.
